





Vertical Jump Training - Youth Figure Skaters
This goal of this group session is for youth figure skaters to develop vertical jump strength, improve jumping mechanics for both performance and injury reduction, and track progress over time.
Registration required, our First Trial Session (free) will take place on Saturday, April 26th at 4:00PM - 5:00PM. In the month of May, sessions will take place on the following days and times:
Week 1
Saturday, May 10th @ 4:00PM - 5:00PM
Week 2
Saturday, May 17th @ 4:00PM - 5:00PM
Week 3
Saturday, May 24th @ 4:00PM - 5:00PM
Week 4
Saturday, May 31st @ 4:00PM - 5:00PM
Each session is $35 and a 1-month commitment is $140.
With reduced rates up to May 3rd, each session is $30 and a 1-month commitment is $120.
Note: Excluding our First Trial Session (free), group sessions have a maximum of 12 athletes as two performance coaches will be present.
