VERTICAL JUMP TRAINING

Increasing vertical jump is crucial for court-sport athletes such as basketball and volleyball players. However, this form of training is also beneficial for recreational athletes because ascending stairs or standing up from a chair require the same mechanics. Our multi-phase comprehensive approach for improving vertical jump is measured and tracked with our data partner Output Sports.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Strength training is the fundamental basis of all human movement. Training in all three planes through the general motor programs of squatting, bending, lunging, pushing, pulling, twisting, and gait results in a well-balanced athlete. We collect strength metrics with our data partner Output Sports.

SPEED TRAINING

Multi-directional speed and efficiency is key for field-sport athletes such as soccer and lacrosse players. Working professionals may also gain value out of speed training for energy systems development, or "cardio." We have a specialized speed program as a speed lab partner with Universal Speed Rating (USR).
